As far as products are concerned, Crest Whitestrips are effective and are very easy to use. They receive good reviews online. As far as personal preference is concerned, I prefer the tray and gel method. These are available in the same areas you’d find the Whitestrips at the pharmacy. I would say that you see a major change in about four days, while the Crest method is a little slower. The downside to the tray is that you have a tray in your mouth for 10-15 minutes, which isn’t very much fun if you like gabbing on the phone while you’re doing something like this. You can also get your teeth professionally bleached at the dentist’s office.

Your teeth will not ‘fade’ back to yellow, but will instead become restained. Avoid darkly coloured liquids, such as coffee, beet juice (gross), and tea. Quit smoking, if you smoke. The more you do these things, the quicker they’ll become restained.

a week for me it is a combo of using crest whiting while brushing on that tooth for a minit then rince with act mouth wash
