Personally, I had the ZOOM treatment done and it made my teeth dramatically whiter (I have naturally yellow teeth).
Well my dad’s a dentist…He recommends me to not use those strips and not get it laser done if you’re under 20….He recommends this gel thing ……The dentist makes an impression of your teeth and gives you this whitening gel……You might feel sensitive but that’s because its starting to work…..you can use them at night right before you sleep and take them off in the morning…..Usually these strips tak at least one week to become white…..or even less it depends upon your teeth… Good luck remember be patient!
Celebs use the dentist treatment I like the peson who has a dad whose a dentist’s answer but the crest white strips I have no idea with. I have white teeth but that’s because I brush my teeth hard and often. I also chew chewing gum called Orbit White- proven to remove stains and whiten teeth. Peppermint flavored and it workds well. Soda pop make your teeth yellow. Try to eat healthy foods and not so many junk food or wines and coffees that can stain teeth. Hope you suceed!
