asked:
I’m only 14 years old and I don’t drink coffee or smoke. I brush and floss daily, but my teeth are still yellowish. I can’t afford to get my teeth whitened by a dentist and I don’t want to use whitening strips because they haven’t helped before. I need suggestions on what I can possibly use instead and how do use it. Thank you!
If you are really looking for teeth whitening, normal toothpaste probably isn’t enough just by itself.
I suggest doing what this mom did,
swish hydrogen peroxide.
its DISGUSTING and DO NOT swallow any of it. but you’ll have pearly whites in no time :]
crest pro health toothpaste
you could try brushing your teeth with baking soda…but only once or twice a week or it will wear off your enamel
brushing with baking soda.
This may sound weird but an orange peel. You know the white part underneath? Rub that on your teeth and the citric acid from the orange breaks away the yellow stain! It really does work I promise! And it’s cheap! lol
well this is expensive but I bought the sonicare high toothbrush and it has a setting for white and clean and it has made my tooth much white without anything but you can also use the whitening toothpaste once and a while that would probably help
brush your teeth with baking soda or peroxide cause thats what they use for most whitening products
Bleach, but it ruines tooth enamel.
put toothpaste on ur brush
then abit of baking soda on the top
it should do the trick
