   I have used the Listerine whitening strips and they work for me. My teeth never get super white, but a lot better than without. Also, stay away from soft drinks, coffee, tea as they can stain.

   i think that crest whitening strips work the bet , or maybe you could try going to the dentist & getting your teeth bleached , its expensive , but its worth it .
